Other Customer User Types

Customer permissions in FootPrints are configurable by an administrator. Your RoleA user type assigned to one or more users to define permissions. Both built-in roles and custom roles can be assigned to users. Examples of built-in roles include Agent, Customer Read/Submit, and Workspace Administrator. determines what you can do and what you see in FootPrints.  The examples in this manual are for a Unique Read/Submit Customer user.  While you may have a custom role assigned to you that is not covered here, some of the other popular customer role types are discussed in this section.
