Read KB/Requests Users

Read KB/Requests customers can view and search the Knowledge Base for Solutions and can check the status of their Requests, which were either submitted by an Agent or via email.

Read KB/Requests customers log into FootPrints the same way as Read/Submit and Read/Submit/Edit customers.  They can have either shared or unique IDs and passwords.  After logging in, the FootPrints Homepage is slightly different from the FootPrints Homepage displayed for customers with other roles.

Take note of the limited set of options on the FootPrints Toolbar.
