Shared User ID

Customers can also log into FootPrints with a shared ID and password.  If this is the type of ID you have, your login process is slightly different from that of a user with a unique ID and password.

To log in to FootPrints as a Shared Customer Read/Submit type:

  1. Login with the shared Customer ID and password.  You are prompted for your email address or other unique key.  This key identifies you and allows you to see a personalized view of FootPrints.  Depending on the configuration of your system, you may not have to enter the shared ID and password, but instead only have to enter your unique key on a special login screen.
  1. Enter your email address or other unique key and click GO.
  2. The FootPrints Homepage is displayed.  Refer to the preceding topics in this chapter for more information on using FootPrints.
