Using Incoming Email

The FootPrints incoming email feature allows users to submit and receive information to and from the database without logging into FootPrints.  Your FootPrints administrator may have configured FootPrints to receive email from a certain address, e.g., [email protected].  This topic covers the types of supported incoming email.

Note

Contact your FootPrints System or Workspace Administrator to find out the email account designated for incoming submissions to FootPrints for your Workspace.
