Description

Create a link from one Issue to another

Syntax (following correct mrFile)

mrReference <Issue number> <dependent number>

This command creates a reference from one Issue to another.  The Issue will contain a link back to the dependent Issue.

Example

%MrReference  3  510

This creates a link in Issue number 510 referencing Issue number 3.
