The FootPrints Flashboard feature displays customizable, up-to-the-minute graphical reports of Service Desk and Workspace activity. There are two types of Flashboard. The Workspace Flashboard is only available to Workspace and System Administrators and reflects activity for the current Workspace. The Personal Flashboard is available to any Agent and reflects the individual's activity and the activity of Teams to which the Agent belongs for the current Workspace.
To access the Workspace Flashboard, select Reports | Workspace Flashboard from the FootPrints Toolbar. The first time the Workspace Flashboard window opens, it displays a bar chart of Issues Received vs. Closed last 12 hours and basic statistics about the total number of calls received that day and the calls that are still active as pertain to that Workspace. You can optionally choose other statistics and charts.
