The archive Workspace is a read-only Workspace. There is no option in the left hand toolbar to create new issues or global issues, even for System Administrators, in an archive Workspace.
Cross-workspace copies into archive Workspaces by both escalations and from the Details page are no longer allowed. Archive Workspaces are not listed in the drop-down list of Workspaces.
Issues in the archive Workspace can be restored to the original Workspace individually or in a batch process. There is a Restore Archive button on the Details toolbar for individual Issues. Once clicked, you are asked to confirm your decision. After clicking OK, FootPrints moves the issue from the archive Workspace back to the original Workspace.
Batches of Issues can be restored from the archive Workspace’s Homepage using the Restore option in the Quick Action Checkbox dialog.
