You can view Issues from your organization's Facebook page. The instructions below describe how to view issues from your Facebook account.
Notes:
Replies or comments on Facebook posts are not captured in FootPrints.
You will only be able to view Issue details once you access FootPrints from Facebook if they are Global Issues or if you have rights to view the Issue. Viewing issue details in FootPrints from mobile devices is not currently supported.
Note: Whether or not posts appear on your Facebook newsfeeds depends on how you sort the posts (Most Recent vs. Top Stories) and page ranking algorithms determined by Facebook. You can also view the posts by either searching for your page or viewing it from your Info page.
Log in to your Facebook account.
Enter your organization's Facebook name in the Search box, then click the Search button.
In the search results, click the Like button next to your organization's name. Your organization's FootPrints posts will now appear on your Facebook News Feed. The FootPrintsIssue title, link to the Issue in FootPrints (URL), and a brief description of the Issue appears on the Facebook post.
To view the Issue details, click the FootPrints link in the post. A new browser page opens.
Log in to FootPrints with your User ID and Password. The Issue details are displayed.
