Agents can broadcast individual Issues from the Assignees and Notifications tab/section on the Create Issue and Edit Issue pages.
The instructions below describe how to broadcast an Issue to social media (Facebook and Twitter).
Notes:
If the FootPrints Mobile license has been applied to your FootPrints installation, customers will not be able to view Issue details in FootPrints from mobile devices when clicking the FootPrints links in social media posts. More more information on BMC FootPrints Mobile, see Mobile Options.
Prerequisite
Your user role (e.g., Agent) needs permissions set up by the System or Workspace Administrator before you can broadcast Issues to social media. See Broadcasting Issues to Social Media (Overview).
Select the Assignees and Notifications tab/section on the Create Issue or Edit Issue page.
