This report returns year-to-date Time Tracking data for
the year of 2012 for a specific company:
Enter
title “Widget Support Team - Time Spent in 2012 YTD”.
Select
“All Users” from user list.
Report
on Issues after 1 1 2012.
Select
all Statuses.
Click
“GO”.
A report is returned that includes:
Workspace
Name
Total
number of Issues reported
Total
time spent by all team members in 2012 as of today’s date
Average
time spent by Agents on these Issues
Total
cost of work for department (based on hourly rate)
Average
cost per Issue
A
breakdown of each Issue
The time tracking report can be saved or printed right
from the browser window. If the text file option is chosen, a Windows
“Save As” dialog box will appear.
