Help is available from within FootPrints. To
access the online Help, click the Help link at the top right of the FootPrintsheader. A new browser window
is displayed containing information tailored to Customer users.
The Help system includes
a Table of Contents. Help topics tailored for customers are found in the
Customer
Self-Service section.
A Glossary is available
to give definitions for common terms used in FootPrints.
The Index and Search
features can be used to find topics by keyword.
Context-sensitive
help links are available throughout the FootPrints
system. Click
the Help link at the top right of the FootPrints
header to obtain context-sensitive help.
