The Keyword Search (also called "Basic Search")
is available by clicking Basic
Search from the FAQ
page.
NOTE
Refer to this Knowledge Base article for details on the behavior of the keyword search function.
To perform a keyword
search:
Enter the word or
phrase for which to search.
Select a Knowledge
Base from the drop-down box (for example, FootPrints
Public Knowledge Base).
Note
Customers do not have this option.
Click GO. FootPrints
searches all fields for the keyword (including Title,
Description,
and Workspace
fields).
A list of matching
Solutions is displayed in the main frame or in the pop-up window if you
are searching from an Issue page. Click a Solution to see the Details.
